What is Burst Training?


Simply put, Burst Training is the best way to improve your fitness level. Infused with the new science of fitness, you waste no time, and get maximum results.

  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds on / 30 seconds off
  • 3-4 minute warm up and cool down
  • 12 mph pace setting on treadmill

How Could I Modify This Routine To Fit Me?

This is merely an example of limitless possibilities. You could modify this program many, many ways. You can increase or decrease the rest periods. You can use a stair climber or bike. You could do this in the gym, outside or at home. You can increase or decrease the number of intervals. The sky is the limit. Anyone can make this type of a program work for them. And, they should!

This video demo is one of the many maxT3 workouts, called SuperFast Lower. This program has 3 levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced. Please know that Dr. Burns is moving at an advanced pace. This program can be performed by anyone, even someone that needs to start slow and safe.
