Vitamin D3+K2 – Prevention should be 5,000 i/u daily. Recovery can be 10,000 to 20,000 i/u daily for 2 weeks.
Vitamin C – Prevention should be 2,000mg daily. Recovery can be 4,000mg daily for 2 weeks.
