Vitamin D3+K2 – Prevention should be 5,000 i/u daily. Recovery can be 10,000 to 20,000 i/u daily for 2 weeks.
Vitamin C – Prevention should be 2,000mg daily. Recovery can be 4,000mg daily for 2 weeks.
Zinc – Prevention should be 20mg daily. Recovery could be 40mg a day. If you are taking medications, talk with your Doctor or Pharmacist to make sure zinc is appropriate for you.
Juice Plus – Prevention and Recovery is the same. 2 capsules of each daily. Juice plus will provide the highest quality of vitamins and minerals from actual food sources and not laboratory chemicals.
