HEALTH INSURANCE

We accept almost all insurance plans at our office (United, Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross, Medicare… to name a few).

We know that understanding your insurance plan and coverage can be a daunting task. Our staff will ‘go the extra mile’ to verify your benefits as well as file all claims for you.

Of course you can also use your HSA, HRA and Flex dollars here if available.

For your convenience, all payment arrangements are made in advance so there are never any unexpected charges.

AUTO INJURY

Auto-related injuries may be covered at 100%. Even if you were at fault or were a passenger. You can get the care you need and it may cost you nothing. Great for you!

All we need is your claim number, insurance, and attorney info.

If you do not already have this information, that is okay. We can help you with that too.

MEDICARE

Regardless of your condition, Medicare pays for up to a maximum of 12 weeks of care. They have very strict rules and limitations.

After this you will receive a significant Medicare discount. We simply need a copy of your Medicare card.
