Neck Curve Exercises will improve your spine, nervous system and health from head to toe… but, only if you do them exactly as instructed!

Suggestions and Ideas:

  • Restorative Care Phase (daily, minimum 200 reps per day)
    • perform in sets of 25 only (perform sets throughout the day)
    • squeeze on a scale of 1-2 (10 being as hard as you can)
    • keep track of how many per day
  • Maintenance & Wellness Care Phase (a few sets of 10 scattered throughout the week)

Extra Helpful Advice:

  • Get a head start on the day by doing at least half your count before lunch
  • Perform a set at the start of your day in the shower
  • Keep tally marks for each set on a sticky note by your desk
  • Use phone reminders to alert you to perform throughout the day
  • Perform during commercials if you watch TV
  • Slow the movement down, think about what you are doing, use your imagination, connect with your body, feel what is happening with each repitition
