Spinal Flow, Level 3
The Perfect Complement To Chiropractic Care
Important Advice About Spinal Flow
In addition to regular chiropractic adjustments, Spinal Flow is something we should do on a consistent basis.
Suggestions and Ideas:
- Perform this routine 4-7 days per week
- Do not force any position or stretch
- Time your breathing with your movements
- Never stretch dehydrated
- Consistency is key
