What Are The Top 3 Stretches?

Why Must We Do All 3 Regularly?

Our body is designed to move in 3 basic planes of motion. As a function of time and use, our body can grow stiff in all 3 planes. Therefore we must lengthen and strengthen our body regularly in all 3 planes… or else!
