Vitamin D Details
Ideally, get vitamin D levels checked every 6-12 months. Daily maintenance dose (adult = 5,000 i/u) (child = 2,500 i/u). Daily building dose (or when sick) is double that. Vitamin D3 is ideal. Most people are vitamin D deficient and don’t even know it. Our immune system and other vital bodily functions require vitamin D. We cannot function optimally until or unless we address vitamin D deficiency. You can do it!
Hydration Details

Most people are chronically dehydrated and don’t realize it. Nearly every body part and biological reaction requires water. We cannot function optimally until or unless we become fully hydrated on a daily basis. You can do it!
Nutrient Details
More than 92% of the US population is nutrient deficient. Our soils and our foods are nutrient depleted. Even with an ideal diet, there are still gaps or holes. We must fill those gaps in our diet with high quality supplements (commercial, big bog store supplements are garbage). More nutrient dense foods. More whole food supplements. Movement Details
If we don’t maintain mobility, we lose it. Every man, woman, and child should have a daily personalized movement routine: spinal hygiene, spinal flow, daily mobility routine, etc. It only takes 2-4 minutes. It should be specifically designed for you. Ideally, a wellness-based Doctor of Chiropractic should be consulted with. (Yes, this is something unique that we offer every single member of our practice)
Most people never learn how to design their own personalized mobility routine. We cannot function optimally until and unless we learn how to properly mobilize and maintain our spine, our body. You can do it.
