Good news! Your home care requirements are going to get easier and less time consuming. But, remember this… how well you take care of yourself and how well your body ages has EVERYTHING to do with how well you can master the tips outlined in the video below!

Wellness & Maintenance Adjustments
- Best recommendation is weekly or every other week
- For the science, reason, and logic behind this:
Wellness & Maintenance Traction
- As needed (roughly 1-2 times per week)
- Never longer than 10 minutes (preferably 5-7 minutes only)
- When really tight, perform 3-4 days in a row
- Never do traction without getting adjusted regularly
- If you have any questions or problems, simply ask us for help
Mirror Image Exercises (neck curve exercises)
- 10-30 per day can go a long way
- For additional exercise advice, simply ask us for help
Spinal Flow
- Identify what your Core 4 movements are (memorize them)
- Perform daily or at least 3-5 times per week (minimum)
- When in doubt, simply ask your chiropractor for assistance
Postural Awareness
- Being mindful and aware of our posture is important
- Modify sitting, sleeping, driving, lounging habits
- Ask your Doctor of Chiropractic for specific advice
Never stop doing your traction. Never, ever, ever, ever stop getting adjusted. In office care and home care go hand in hand. Do only one or none… and, your risk for future problems increases significantly.
Appointment Scheduling
The people that do the best in our office commit to a standing appointment (you can always change it as needed). They pick their day & time and we schedule that out for 2-6 months at a time. Not only does this make our job 10 times easier, but it also increases your odds of being more consistent, and therefore more successful, with taking care of yourself. Can we agree on that or at least try doing this as best as we can?

We believe that every man, woman, and child should at least have their spine checked by a Doctor of Chiropractic just like they have their teeth checked by a Doctor of Dentistry. When said like that, isn’t it a little crazy or risky not to? We kindly ask that you join us in our campaign to help more people do just that.
