The Workout: byDESIGN Burst Training Workout – full body

The Details: 6 Full Body Exercises Performed Consecutively, Rest 1 Minute, Perform 1-2 Additional Rounds

  • 30 second burst at 90-100% maximum effort
  • 30 seconds rest

The Exercises:

  1. Squat Press
  2. Reverse Fly
  3. Bicep Medley
  4. Half Burpee
  5. Bent Over Row
  6. Wide Press

The Time Commitment: 12 -25 minutes plus warm up and cool down stretching

The Result: increased HGH levels, improved physiology, enhanced metabolism all day long, maximized health
