Why Is This Important?
Most people will develop chronic back problems for one main reason… they do NOT know how to properly manage tension in their spine and lower body.
Good news! These 2 stretches can help us all in a BIG way, especially if we go to the Chiropractor like we should!
The Seated Glute Stretch will release tension in one of the biggest muscles in our body – our butt! Whether you have symptoms or not, this muscle requires our attention.
The Standing Side Body Stretch is one of our all time favorites. It releases tension from the low back, hips and legs. It will stretch areas of the body that most people never stretch properly.
If you are not getting advice like this from your Doctor on a regular basis, it may be time to find a better Doctor!
